Beaver Lake Striper Fishing Guide with a young man and his first striped bass

About Capn Bailey

Ahoy! Welcome aboard. I am Cap Bailey and I own and operate Bailey’s Beaver Lake Striper Fishing Guide Service. We specialize in Trophy Striped Bass on scenic Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas.

I am a life long resident here proudly serving as a full-time Beaver Lake Striper fishing guide for decades. I have been chasing my favorite fish Striped Bass and other species here on Beaver Lake for over 40 years.

Being a professional Striped Bass guide over the years has provided me with a unique insight to our striped bass fishery. It is my mission to provide my customers with a memorable experience as we enjoy scenery and hard fighting fast hitting fish.

My team and I specialize in providing our clients an excellent opprotunity in our small corner of world at a genuine Trophy Striped bass!

Time spent with Happy smilin’ anglers like yourself posed in photos with your catch of a life time motivates us as we build lasting memories and relationships in the great outdoors with friends and family!

With an average Beaver Lake Striper in the 12-15lb range it makes Beaver Lake stand out from other striped bass fisheries in the country due to the opprotunity to possibly catch a fish here pushing triple digits. We do capture trophy Striper over 50lbs and with the state record only being a 64-pounds Striper it is only a matter of time before one of our clients will be the next record holder with a striper possibly over 80lbs…

In my experiences I have also proudly served the community by conservation and  collaborating with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission helping with studies and regulation improvements to help not only manage our fishery but to also help keep this beautiful place in my opinion as the go to destination in the world for scenery and BIG FISH!

When I invite you to fish with me and my crew we are inviting you into our home. Home is where the heart is and as a family we spend a large portion of our time onboard our vessels on this beautiful lake. Hope to share it with you soon!
